The game

The RPG runs on skill-based progression: your habits and adventures level up 18 skills across combat, utility and crafting. If you've played RuneScape or idle games like Melvor Idle, the skilling will feel familiar.

  • Idle adventures: AFK, idle and IRL runs that last 1 to 8 hours
  • Monsters and dungeons for loot and rare gear, with ten equipment slots shown on your character
  • Hand-drawn, fully animated characters you customize
  • Farming and crafting: grow crops for Alchemy, and forge potions, gear and equipment
  • Quests and a hand-built world of towns, mines, docks and dungeons that opens up as you keep your habits
  • Guilds that give you reputation and titles based on the habits you keep
  • The Trading Post, where players buy and sell gear, materials and rare drops
  • Leaderboards, public adventurer profiles, and an official wiki with player-written guides

Levla's next update, planned for 1 October 2026, adds friends and optional accountability features:

  • A friends system
  • 1-on-1 trading between friends, alongside the Trading Post
  • Stakes: optional accountability where you put coins or items on the line, take a debuff, or set a real-life forfeit if you don't follow through, plus custom real-life rewards for when you do
  • Shared to-do lists with friends, with a real-life prize for whoever completes each task, like picking the movie
  • Oaths and Duels: 1-on-1 streak challenges. In a Duel, the first to break their streak loses; an Oath is a pact to keep each other going

Levla FAQ

Is Levla free?

Yes. Levla is free to download, and habits, to-dos and reflections are unlimited on the free plan. An optional membership adds more of the game for $5.99 a month, $49.99 a year or $99.99 for lifetime access (US prices).

Is Levla available on iPhone and Android?

Yes. Levla is on the App Store for iPhone (iOS 16.4 or later) and on Google Play for Android. Sign in with the same account and your habits, to-dos and character sync across devices. You can also manage your habits and to-dos in a web browser at todos.levla.app, which is handy at work. The game itself is on iPhone and Android.

Does Levla have ads or pay-to-win?

No. Levla has no ads. Membership unlocks extra regions, quests and conveniences like a longer adventure queue, but it never boosts XP or drop rates.

Is Levla still in playtest?

No. Levla's public playtest ran from March to June 2026. Levla launched on Google Play in June 2026 and on the App Store on 26 August 2026. Blog posts from the playtest describe prices and systems that have changed since.

How much time does the game take?

As much as you like. The RPG is idle: your character goes on adventures that run in the background for 1 to 8 hours, so you check in when it suits you instead of grinding.

Can I use Levla just as a habit tracker?

Yes. Levla's habits and to-dos are built to be your main planner, with timers, counters, priorities, reminders and stats. You can also hide reflections if you don't use them.

Does Levla punish you for missing habits?

Not by default. Missed habits never cost health, gold or gear, and your character only takes damage in combat. A missed day can reset that habit's streak, and you can skip or snooze habits on days you can't do them. Patch 22 adds optional Stakes for people who want real consequences.

Does Levla have friends or social features?

Yes. Levla has guilds with weekly goals, a player-run Trading Post, leaderboards and public adventurer profiles. Patch 22 adds a friends system, trading between friends, shared to-do lists, and 1-on-1 Oaths and Duels.

How does Levla handle my data?

Reflections are encrypted and stored on your device, and syncing them to the cloud is optional and off by default. You can delete your account and its server data from the app's settings. The privacy policy has the details.

Who makes Levla?

Levla is made by Turbo Labs, a small independent team of RPG players who use habit trackers themselves. Development updates are posted on the Levla blog and Discord.
