A hooded figure near the docks seems to be watching the ground more than the sea.

Old smuggling tunnels run beneath Port Kelda. They were sealed years ago and forgotten. But Druzil has been tracking vibrations and movement from below. Something has moved in. He needs someone to go down and find out what.
